Creative

A practice that looks like the work inside it.

Brand identity, logo direction, brand manuals, and website builds for private practices — designed by someone who knows what a therapy site actually has to do, and what it must never do.

One-time builds No maintenance contracts You own everything

Why this is different

Most designers have never read a consent form.

A practice site is not a small business site with calmer photography. It has to say what you do without claiming outcomes, describe your scope without implying a licence you don't hold, and collect an enquiry without collecting anything you'd then be responsible for protecting.

Designers who don't work in this field don't know those lines exist. They build a beautiful contact form that quietly captures a client's symptoms, or write a headline that promises healing, and hand you the problem along with the invoice.

I've built my own two sites end to end, and I sit in the chair the copy is describing.

What I build

The work.

  1. Brand direction. The decisions underneath a look: palette, type, tone of voice, and what the practice is actually saying about itself.
  2. Logo and marks. Concepts and refinement, delivered in the formats you'll actually need — print, web, social, transparent.
  3. Brand manual. A short document that lets anyone else — a printer, an assistant, a future designer — stay consistent without asking you.
  4. Website build. A complete site: structure, copy support, design, build, and handover. Fast, accessible, readable on a phone, and built so nothing sensitive is collected or stored.

How it ends

Built once, handed over.

I don't sell maintenance, retainers, or hosting. When the work is finished you own the files, the accounts, and the domain, and you can keep it yourself or hand it to anyone you like.

Why it works this way. I have a clinical caseload. A practice that depends on me to fix something at ten at night is a practice I've failed. So the build is scoped, delivered, and closed — and you're left holding something you can actually run.

If you want changes later, you can hire me again for a defined piece of work. That's a new project, not a subscription.

Cost

Hourly.

Creative work is billed hourly, because scope varies more here than anywhere else on this site. I'll give you an estimate of hours before anything starts, and tell you if I think a smaller version would serve you better.

Nonprofits and community organizations
Community health centers, FQHCs, and registered nonprofits.
$125 / hour
Private practices and companies
Group and solo private practices, for-profit organizations.
$175 / hour

Scope

What this isn't.

This is design and build work. It is not ongoing website maintenance, hosting, or technical support, and it is not marketing strategy, advertising management, or SEO services sold on retainer.

Copy that makes claims about outcomes, or that describes a licence or scope of practice, is yours to approve — I'll tell you when something reads as a promise, but you're the one who signs it.

Contact

Tell me what you're building.

Send me your current site or a sketch of what you want. I'll tell you what it needs, what it doesn't, and what it would cost.
